Who can use this support center?

Customers with a Small Giants service agreement (SLA). You can submit tickets here even when you don't have an active project running.

What can I submit a ticket for?

Bugs (something is broken), questions (you need help or advice) and feature requests (something new to build or change) across all of our services.

How fast will I get a response?

Response times depend on the priority you choose. Urgent issues are handled within 4 business hours, high within 1 business day, medium within 2 and low within 5.

How do I know my ticket reached the right team?

Tickets are routed automatically to your account based on your email address, and tagged by service so the right specialist picks them up.

Can I add screenshots or files?

Yes. The ticket form lets you attach screenshots and documents, which helps us resolve issues faster.
